May was a busy month. On Thurs the 21st Jonathan had his hernia repair, which turned out to be a double inguinal hernia repair. We are so thankful it was taken care of as one surgery. Since then, Jonathan has been putting on weight like a champ! He now eats FASTER and more often, but over all he gets MUCH MORE in LESS time! AND it's all breastfeeding! Thank you LORD! He is now over 12 pounds!
Jonathan also had his MRI for a full head and spine baseline scan. That was the following Tuesday May 26th. After a few scary moments, in both cases, coming out of anesthesia...(think blue like a smurf!) this Mommy (and Daddy too) will be happy if Jonathan NEVER has to be put to sleep again!
AWESOME! And good job, mom for hanging in there with the breastfeeding. It can get frustrating...
