Selling the House

We put the house on the market Septermber 8th and 2 days later we got an offer!  Crazy!  All the beautiful floors and all of Caleb's hard work will make this home very nice for the next lucky family.  Right now we are in the process of "fixn' up" stuff... half the roof needs to be redone, but other than that we should be golden.  Closing is scheduled for October 30th.
