ROAD TRIP to Texas!

Mom and I loaded up the Mountaineer with my 8 containers of STUFF, strapped Jonathan in and hit the road to Texas.  We packed all day and took off late Friday.  First stop, 2 hours down the road to Sheridan Wy to visit the Dills for the night, I am going to miss being so close to their sweet little home!

Saturday we drove from Sheridan, Wyoming to Aurora, Colorado... this time we stayed with Kristen and Matt, which was MUCH nicer than the Childrens Hospital exactly one month ago:)  Sunday we made it to Dumas, Texas.  Jim and Nell have the most wonderful HUGE King guest beds and the cutest pooch!  Monday was Labor Day and the shortest driving Day.  We made it to Wichita Falls, Texas where we stayed with Pops oldest daughter Kari and her sweet family.  And on Tuesday we made it to Conroe!   Home sweet home (away from home)... WE are SO DONE driving for at least a few days!!!
